At Five Only Entertainment, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so please consider your choices carefully before completing your order.

  1. Exchanges for Faulty Products

In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. If the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt, please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

2.1. Contact Customer Support

Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact our management team at management@fiveonlyent.com. Provide a clear description of the fault or damage, and include any relevant photos or videos to help us assess the issue.

2.2. Return Authorization

Our management team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization code (RAC) along with instructions on how to return the faulty product.

2.3. Return the Product

Once you receive the RAC, securely package the faulty product with its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Send the package to the address provided by our management team.

2.4. Inspection and Exchange

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the reported fault or damage. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will promptly exchange it for a new, identical item, or a product of similar value, subject to availability.

2.5. Return Shipping

Five Only Entertainment will cover the return shipping costs for faulty product exchanges. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to use when returning the item.

  1. Non-Faulty Products

For products that are not deemed faulty or damaged, our all-sales-are-final policy applies. We kindly ask that you carefully review your purchase before completing the order.
